Background[]
As the Cold War died down, Imran saw an opportunity to be made. Knowing a civil war was likely in the future, he began selling arms to small-time militias and Chechnyan rebels. As the civil war approached ,he began allying himself, and eventually becoming in charge of, the Ultranationalists. As he led them to victory in the Civil War, he was hailed a hero and placed in charge of the new country.
Physical appearances[]
During the build-up to the Civil War, Imran began making numerous deals near Chernobyl, a nuclear accident wasteland that was abandoned by more than 50,000 people. It is rumored that his missing arm was gained not from a failed assasination attempt, but from his Russian Red Army days when he was hit by a grenade while in Afghanistan. With his new alliance with Agent Smith he was given a new arm to replace the one he had lost.
