Jack Crawford is the leader of a terrorist group in Portugal called the Terror and Crime Syndicate of Portugal. Though he is a trusted leader, he is a true psychopathic, mass murdering, schizophrenic killer with zero empathy more than a mob boss. His men serve him more out of fear than trust. His mental state poses more of a threat to the 589.
BackgroundEdit
Starting out as a petty criminal in the US, he joined a gang in his home town in the US. After failing to kill a rival gang leader as a job, the gang leader killed his girlfriend and tortured him giving him the glasgow smile he has today. After being tossed out into the street and left for dead, he was left with a very unstable mind and believed the only way to live life to the fullest is without rules and regulations. He found out about the Terror and Crime Syndicate of Portugal, and in turn came to Portugal to get involved. To get to the top, he brutally killed all his commanders after torturing them and framed other officers until he got to the top. With the leader, he wasn't so kind. He humiliated, tortured, then executed the former leader while setting up a fake conspiracy rallying other members of the syndicate to him,
